and legal fee. I know its the standard procedures but come on it reals sucks. But the most annoying aspect of this practice is that some real Estate firms will collect 15% ( 10% Agency & 5% Legal) which is really outrageous.
But then what do i know, i am just speaking my mind and you are free to say yours.
