Don't put yourself under un-necessary pressure, just take your time decide on what you want, get all the necessary about buying a house, mortgage, insurance e.t.c but don't hesitate to make payment once you come across the house of your dream. like they say delay is dangerous
2)LEARN MORE ABOUT THE HOUSE.
Learn more about the house area, neighborhood. Know how long the house has been in the market (check if the problem why the house is still is because its been overpriced or it could be because of poor electricity, insecurity or bad Landlord) make sure you get your facts right before jumping in fully
3) KNOW THE BUYING PROCESS
When you are sure that you have saved enough to get buy a house, you might want to learn the process, ask around for the right government ministries to visit and ask questions. Do the necessary registration if need be. One important thing, always remember to have a lawyer as to make every transaction clear and professional.
